education centers for the advancement of science & for the enjoyment and education of the public.
e.   Advance the study of gardening, landscape design, environmental issues, floral design and horticulture.
f.    Assist students in these fields of endeavor through college scholarships.
g.   Cooperate with other organizations to further interest in horticulture,
